Built beside the boardI’m Jeremy. I started diving in 8th grade, dove D3 in college, then coached D1 and D3 programs for five years. I’ve judged meets, run a club team, and watched my divers deal with the same broken software I dealt with as a coach. I built RipScore because I got tired of waiting for someone else to fix it. Every feature exists because I’ve been on deck and wished it was there. This isn’t a tech company building for an unfamiliar market. It’s a coach building for coaches.
